Preparing Your Order

Squaring an order away takes 1–3 business days — Monday to Friday, public holidays aside. Orders that land over a weekend or on a holiday get moving the following business day.

Delivery Windows

Once the parcel rests with the carrier, the rough windows run like this:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where the option shows)
International Shipping: 10–25 business days, shaped by the destination country and the pace of customs clearance

Take these as estimates. No guarantee rides along.

What It Costs

Checkout settles the cost from weight, dimensions, and where it is bound. Selected orders and the odd promotion carry no shipping cost at all.

Following Your Parcel

Dispatch fires off an email carrying your tracking number. The tracking details themselves may want up to 48 hours to catch up.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Parcels crossing a border leave customs charges, import taxes, and any other destination-country fee with the recipient. None of it rides inside the product price or the shipping cost, and the local courier tends to collect at the door.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

A parcel lost en route, or damaged by the time it lands, wants a message from you within 7 days of the expected delivery date. From there we carry it to the carrier.

Getting the Address Right

Run a careful eye over the delivery address at checkout. Parcels that wander off on the back of a wrongly entered address sit outside our responsibility. A mistake caught within 12 hours of ordering hands us a shot at fixing it before dispatch.
