Refund policy

Walking away happy with your purchase is what we are working toward. Where that misses, here is the way returns and refunds run.

A 30-Day Window

The count opens on delivery day, and from there 30 days stand open for a return request. Eligibility hangs on the item staying unused, holding its original packaging, and coming back in the shape it left in.

Kicking Off a Return

Come to us through the contact page with your order number and the reason behind the return. Approval brings full directions — the way to ship it, and the address it needs to land at.

Parcels turning up without approval first cannot be taken in.

Damage and Problems

Run an eye over your order the day it lands. Faulty, damaged, or plainly the wrong item calls for a message to us straight away, and we land on something fair alongside you.

What Falls Outside Returns

A handful of categories sit past this policy: goods built to order or personalized, items broken through misuse, items split from their original packaging, and anything wearing a final sale tag on the day of purchase.

Refunds

Your parcel lands with us, we run through it, and word follows on whether the refund is approved or refused. Approved refunds travel back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Your bank or card provider may stretch that before the money turns up.

Exchanges

Quickest route to the item you truly wanted: send the first one back, hold for confirmation, then order the replacement on its own.

Return Postage

Return postage lands with the customer as standard. Our own slip shifts that — a faulty item, or the wrong one heading out.
